Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations regarding ingestible dietary supplements, we enforce a rigorous inspection process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Completely unused, unopened, and unsealed with the original safety packaging 100% intact.
• In the exact pristine condition that you received it.
• In its original outer packaging and accompanied by your official order confirmation email.

You will be fully responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the original cost of shipping (if any was covered by us) will be deducted from your refund.

To process your return inspection, you must mail your product to our logistics center in Malaysia:

Once your return is received at our Malaysia facility and undergoes our quality control check, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
